Smartimarket Return and Refund Policy

At Smartimarket, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, so we’ve established this return and refund policy to help resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.

Returns and Exchanges

Our products are shipped directly from our dropshipping suppliers. Below are the conditions under which we can accept returns or exchanges:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
    If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will need evidence in the form of photos or videos of the damage to process a refund or replacement.

  2. Incorrect or Missing Products:
    If you received an incorrect or missing product in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask for evidence of the incorrect or missing items to process a replacement or refund.

  3. Order Delays:
    If an order lacks tracking information, is in transit, is pending, or has expired more than 60 days from the original shipping date (45 days for orders in the U.S.), Smartimarket will offer a refund or resend the product at the expense of our supplier, depending on the case.

  4. Delivered Orders:
    We will not process refunds or replacements if the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered. If you did not receive the package, we will require a non-delivery certificate from the local postal service to process a refund or replacement.

Refunds

  1. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products:
    If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will process a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

  2. Refunds for Incorrect or Missing Products:
    If the order is incorrect or an item is missing, we will offer a full refund or send the missing item, depending on your preference.

  3. Refunds for Order Cancellations:
    If you decide to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped by our supplier, we will issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel the order, and return or refund conditions will apply accordingly.

Return and Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund, follow these steps:

  2. Request Review:
    Once we receive your request, we will review the details and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

  3. Return Approval:
    If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product (if needed) or proceed with a refund or replacement.

  4. Refund:
    The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, but generally, it will be completed within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

  1. Final Sale or Custom Products:
    We do not accept returns or refunds for final sale items or custom products that cannot be resold.

  2. Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
